Fall Prevention Monitors (Bed)

Constantly monitor individuals while they are in bed with the Bed-Check System. The Bed-Check system consists of a Control Unit and pressure sensitive Sensormat. When an individual monitored by Bed-Check attempts to exit from the bed or move to an unsafe area, an audible alarm sounds in the individuals room and (optionally) a call signal registers at the nursing station. Features include:

• Multiple Alarm Sounds.
• Room Specific Volume Control including the ability to mute the control unit in-room.
• Bed-Check interfaces with your nurse call system to provide a warning to those not in the immediate vicinity of the room.
• Retrievable data. An on-board microprocessor can provide, through a computer interface, an electronic or paper record of the last twenty four events. This can be a value tool for assessment and self-auditing.
• Our Sensormats are small for a reason. Bed-Check Sensormats measure just 4". This is critical in giving as much notice as we can when an individual attempts to exit a bed or move to an unsafe position.
