Remanufactured Surgical Tables

Surgical tables are a major capital investment for any hospital. Remanufacturing will allow you to get extended life out of your surgical tables to maximize your investment. Meditek completes a five step remanufacturing process that strips every table down to the bare structure so that all components can be chemically striped, cleaned, lubricated, resurfaced and repainted. Worn parts are replaced and the inner mechanical workings are restored back to brand new condition. Once a table is reassembled, it goes through a 25 point inspection and is stress tested to ensure the original manufacturer’s tolerance and specifications are met. New decals and labels are installed and the finished product is disinfected and sterilized. The whole remanufacturing process takes 4-5 weeks. Meditek stocks a large selection of completed tables in inventory and can arrange to swap one of theirs for yours.

Meditek provides a two-year warranty on all their remanufactured surgical tables and at half the cost of a new table with no requirement for staff training or new accessories, remanufacturing makes financial sense.
