The Samarit Rollbord™ is the safe and secure way to transfer patients. Healthcare workers should avoid lifting when transferring patients. The Samarit Rollbord™ is designed to facilitate the transfer of patients without the need to lift, thus making the transfer safer for the caregiver and the patient. Manufactured in Canada, the Samarit Rollbord™ is available in six different models to facilitate transfers of patients in all areas of the hospital including: Ambulance, Emergency, Intensive Care, Operating Room, PACU, Radiology and X-Ray. The Rollbord™ is even suitable for geriatric transfers in care homes for transfer to shower.
The Samarit Rollbord™ is lightweight and manufactured with an anti-microbial material that is non-latex, flame retardant and radiolucent. It is easy to clean and store until ready for use. Optional disposable covers are available.
